Mountain Biking is a great recreational or competitive sport that is definitely worth trying. You can get out on a bike on simple green trails or harder trails with jumps, drops, rock features and more variety. This sport is also very exhilerating, and for that reason is widely enjoyed by people that bike, you are not just running. You are riding your bike down a steep slope, flying past corners, and soaring over rock gardens. If you want to try it out and you have a bike already, I reccomend following these 3 steps
1.Buy a helmet, padding, to avoid uneccessary pain or concussion in case of a crash
2.Download the MTB Project app to see all local mountain bike trails around you.
3.
Bring food and water, whether it'd be in a bag or a water bottle on your bike. Mountain Biking requires lots of energy, and if you don't stay
hydrated you lose energy quickly and might not enjoy yourself as much.
General Advise:
1.Don't keep your seat up when going downhill as that greatly increases your odds of going over the bars.
2.Keep your botom down when riding steeper obstacles
3.Don't go on massive jumps without proper preparation
